Failure to properly administer a contract is a prominent cause of construction disputes. We help you focusing on your rights and obligations, and preserving your interests, while the contract is running.

We typically work through two kind of missions:

  • Contract administration audit:
    Contractual SWOT analysis, definition of a contract management strategy and action plan to protect your contractual interests. Typically audits are being conducted on a regular basis (every 3-4 months), on and/or off-site depending on the circumstances, and ideally before the contract execution inception (we recommend a first mission before commencement of works, mainly for training/briefing purposes to put the project on the right track from the outset)
  • Surgeries:
    Helping you dealing with crisis situations and implementing urgent remediation actions: correspondence drafting, notifying and assessing claims, etc.
