We consider in this article whether the use of Standing Dispute Boards could bring merits in and be adopted by the UK construction industry, and, if so, would this require amending the legislation in force.

We have been active in promoting, as co-founders, the set-up of the “International Construction Contracts” Postgraduate diploma in France. It runs every year from September  to June on a part-time basis (3 days per month - T/F/S), and is delivered by the prestigious Paris Pantheon-Assas University.
